By accessing and using Enclave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Enclave is a privacy-focused fitness sharing platform that enables users to share their workout activities with selected individuals through end-to-end encryption. The Service allows you to:

• Import workouts from Apple Health
• Share encrypted fitness activities with followers
• View activities from people you follow
• Interact with activities through likes and comments

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

4. Encryption and Data Security

Enclave uses end-to-end encryption to protect your data. You acknowledge that:

• Your encryption keys are stored on your device
• Loss of your device or credentials may result in permanent data loss
• We cannot recover encrypted data without your encryption keys
• You are responsible for backing up your encryption keys

5. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you share through the Service. You agree not to:

• Share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. HealthKit and Apple Health

If you choose to integrate with Apple Health:

• You control what data is accessed and shared
• You can revoke access at any time through iOS Settings
• We comply with Apple's HealthKit guidelines
• HealthKit data will not be used for advertising purposes

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Enclave and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Health). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enclave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability
